I was on the fence about buying this due to the price. But im happy after seeing and trying it out. I love how thin and light the case is, and the slightly textured feeling gives a nice grip. Paired with the MagEZ grip this became my favorite phone case.
I fell in love with this case when I first got it for my 15 Pro max, colors, texture and feel in my hands just spot on! Since then decided that this will be case of my choice for as long as you make it.
But upon inspection when I got new one for iPhone 16 Pro max I think I got defected one as bottom cut out for usb is quite uneven. I hope that this is just a fluke and will not happen to me when I order new one with my next phone upgrade.
I am not giving up on you Pitaka, but please don't disappoint me next time...

The Pitaka Sunset Case on my iPhone 16 Pro is a visual treat. Its gradient hues mimic a real sunset, while the durable material ensures my phone stays protected from scratches.
I accidentally bumped it against a table edge right after unboxing—thankfully, no scratches, so the scratch resistance seems solid. Installation was easy, but removal was tricky; I had to wrestle with it carefully to avoid damage. Customer support suggested using a tissue for better grip next time. Seeing other stylish options in the store, I’m already planning to buy another—the handfeel is just that good.
