| How long is the warranty period for PITAKA products? |

| What does the warranty policy cover? |
Within the warranty period, if the product has problems due to material and craftsmanship defects
under normal use, we will be responsible for repair or replacement. A defect is defined as an
imperfection or flaw produced during manufacturing, including surface defects and wireless
charging functionality. Exclusions: The warranty does not extend to damage from normal wear and tear, abuse or on purpose, alterations, misuse, demagnetization of magnetic strip bank cards, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as scratches, stained magnets, or fading logos). Any damage to, loss of the cardholder’s contents, loss of use, loss of data, or similar are not covered. |

PITAKA will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from an official store.This warranty applies to products purchased from PITAKA's official online store (Amazon/official website). Please note that eligible products will be identified by the order number issued by each online store in connection with the purchase of the purchased product. Products purchased from other retailers or sellers are not covered by this warranty, so please contact the store where you purchased the product for any defects.
