We ship worldwide. All orders $30 and over (including sale and closeout items!) qualify for free Express shipping, except for the ODA area (find more details below). All orders use premium express delivery service.

Dispatch within 24 working hours except unless there's a force majeure. The item will be shipped out from our worldwide warehouses randomly according to your location.

ODA (out-of-delivery-area) and delivery in remote area

Additional shipping charges may occur for ODA delivery or delivery in remote area, where are difficult to reach(e.g. islands, ski areas, military operation area etc). And the transit time for shipments to these regions may be longer.

The carrier defines ODA delivery, delivery in remote area only before shipping. You may get reached by then asking for the additional charge.

Business address in the city centre are recommended for deliveries in HongKong, as we are using SF Express for the delivery in HongKong. They would probably charge for an extra HKD16~20 for areas out of the city. If it happens, please contact us


3 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact us ( for RMA authorization within 3 days of the order being received. The item will be replaced with a new product free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Special Notes:

1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s).

2. Customers need to pay the return shipping fee first. After PITAKA has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt up to a maximum amount of 50 USD. If our technical team determine the item is not DOA, PITAKA will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.

MagCases Warranty Terms

This warranty term covers up all PITAK MagCases. All PITAKA MagCases are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 months from the day it purchases.

Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address.



Our warranty for cases does not extend to damage from abuse, damage on purpose, normal wear and tear, alteration or misuse etc.


MagMount Warranty Terms

The PITAKA MagMount is warranted for 2 months from date of purchase. The PITAKA MagMount Qi is warranted for 12 months from date of purchase.

The warranty is warranted to be free defects in materials and function under normal use for the lifetime of the product. A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error, including malfunction of the wireless charging or surface defects etc.

This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. PITAKA will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from an official store or an authorized dealer.


MagWallet Warranty Terms

The PITAKA MagWallet carbon has a lifetime warranty, while the MagWallet aluminium has a 12-month long warranty.

Warranty is warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. Defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error, including falling off of magnets, bending or breaking of the layers etc.

This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. PITAKA will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from an official store or an authorized dealer.



Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, not properly maintained, alteration or misuse, normal wear and tear, demagnetization of bankcard magnetic strip, cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the cardholder (such as scratches, stained magnets, or fading logo). Any damage to, loss of the contents of the cardholder, loss of use, loss of data, or similar expenses are not covered.

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed, or items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when it was shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.

To expedite exchanging for a different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately one week for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us ( immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by PITAKA. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order. PITAKA will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Important Notice: engraved items or customized items are not refundable.


How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange?

To claim a return or exchange, please email us ( to file a claim. Please include your PO number, name, address, and phone number (including area code) with the item along with a description of the problem.

We will evaluate the claim at our discretion within 3~5 business days after receiving your email. If the claim meets our manufacturing defects, we will acknowledge it and process the warranty. You may be requested to get the claimed product or part(s) to its warranty destination. Once the product or part(s) is (are) received along with the repair order number, we will refund your processing fee and repair or replace your product at our discretion.

When sending your cardholder to use for a warranty claim, we do recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx, which will give you a tracking number. Once your cardholder is safely in our hands, the warranty process will begin.

We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.


PayPal Returns

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.


Credits To Your Charge Card

Credit card purchases, will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 1 week from the date that PITAKA has received your return for your account to be credited.

You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. If you made a purchase of US$1000 or greater using a bank wire, and are an International customer, your refund will take approximately 3 weeks from the date of the return's receipt. For bank wire purchases under US$1000, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account they originated from.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us before returning the items. PITAKA will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for courier pick up and/or inspection.

If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.


Cancel Or Change An Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
