  A: Recycled items will be reused or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner to minimize environmental impact.

• Q: When does the trade-in program run?

  A: The program runs from April 17, 2025, to April 30, 2025.

• Q: Which products are eligible for trade-in?

  A: Any brand of phone case can be returned to recycling centers. However, trade-in discounts are subject to restrictions.

• Q: Can I combine the trade-in discount with other promotions?

  A: Trade-in discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

• Q: Who is responsible for shipping costs during transit (such as customs duties)?

  A: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during transportation (including customs duties, service fees, etc.).
