A. Yes, PITAKA cases are compatible with Apple Official MagSafe accessories.

Q. Is the case anti-fingerprint?

A. Our Phone case is made with aramid fiber and processed with 3 layers of paint to ensure it's skin-friendly and non-slip. Whether a fingerprint mark will be left depends on your hand conditions. It is not easy to leave a fingerprint if the hand is dry. For sweaty hands, fingerprint marks may be left, but it is very easy to clean with a cloth/Nano cotton/eraser/alcohol pad.

Q. With this case, can I charge my phone on third-party wireless chargers?

A. PITAKA cases are embedded with magnetic rings that do not cover the wireless charging area and highly fit with the magnetic ring built in the iPhone &Samsung series. Plus, it's super slim. So if your phone can be charged on third-party wireless chargers, it should work even with the case on.

Q. Why does magnetism seem to be weaker than in previous phone cases? For example, the iPhone 13 series.

A. Too strong a magnetic force may have a negative impact on the charging speed. We have fine-tuned the magnetic force of the new phone case to ensure that it provides safe magnetic force while ensuring charging efficiency.

Q. Is it compatible with PITAKA's latest Aramid Fiber Magnetic Power Bank/Woven Wallet?

A. It can be charged, but the magnetic attraction may be affected due to the interference of the camera.

Q. Is this case compatible with Apple’s MagSafe system?

A. The case comes with built-in MagSafe magnets, which can work with the MagEZ Car Mount Pro 2 Qi2. However, due to different protocols, it may not attach properly to Apple MagSafe accessories.

Q. Why Does the Galaxy Z Fold7/6 Case Only Include a Back Cover?

A. Based on our users' feedback, cases with a front cover add weight to the phone and hinder screen usability. Excluding the front cover, the case makes your Z Fold sleeker, lighter, and easier to use.

Q. Why leave the sides of the Galaxy S24 Ultra exposed?

A. Our Galaxy S24 Ultra case does not cover the phone's sides; part of the metal casing is exposed. So you can effortlessly swipe up to the curved edges and have 100% access to buttons.

Q. Is this case compatible with the Samsung wireless charger?

A. There are MagSafe-compatible magnets inside the S25 Ultra/ S24 Ultra/ Z Fold7/ Z Flip7/ Z Fold6/ Z Flip6/ Z Fold5/ ZFlip5 case, which can work with Qi-enabled wireless chargers, including Samsung wireless chargers, such as EP-P6300, EP-H5300, EP-P2400, EP-NG930, EP-P5400, EP-P1300, EP-N5200, EP-P5200, EP-P1100, EP-N6100, EP-N5100, EP-PG950, etc.

Q. Will the magnets in the S25 Ultra Case affect the S Pen stylus sensor?

A. MagSafe-compatible magnets in our Galaxy S25 Ultra/ S24 Ultra Case do not affect the use of the S Pen, screen scrolling, GPS, or charging. However, if your Galaxy S25 Ultra/ S24 Ultra case is attached with magnetic accessories like phone rings or card sleeves, they might interfere with the signal of your S Pen. We recommend removing these magnetic accessories before using the S Pen to ensure its smooth operation.

A. Our Galaxy Z Flip7 & Fold7 cases feature a built-in magnetic ring that works with PITAKA’s MagEZ 2.0 ecosystem and most MagSafe-style magnetic accessories.However, Samsung phones do not support Apple’s MFi-certified charging due to Apple’s proprietary protocol.
Note: The Fold7 camera placement interferes with PITAKA’s latest power bank and magnetic woven wallet—they can’t magnetically attach, but the power bank can still charge the device.

Q. Can I use this case with a screen protector? Will it affect folding or touch sensitivity?

A. Yes. Our Galaxy Z Flip7 & Fold7 cases feature a semi-wrapped design with precisely tested edges, making them compatible with most screen protectors. They won’t lift the film, impact touch response, or interfere with the fold.

Q. How high is the camera lip? Does it protect the lens?

A. For the Fold7, the camera ring is raised by 0.38mm to help protect against everyday scratches.The Flip7 case does not have a raised lip around the camera.

Q. Will the magnets in the case affect the S Pen?

A. The built-in MagSafe magnets won’t interfere with the S Pen, screen scrolling, GPS, or charging.However, using magnetic accessories like a MagSafe wallet or ring holder on the back may disrupt S Pen performance. For the best experience, avoid attaching magnetic accessories while using the S Pen.

Q. Why does the Galaxy Z Fold7 case only cover the back?

A. To keep it slim and easy to use. A front cover adds bulk and affects the smooth feel when using the outer screen. That’s why we designed this case with just a back cover—for a lighter, cleaner in-hand experience.

Q. Is this case compatible with Qi2 wireless charging?

A. Yes. Charging performance mainly depends on whether your charger supports the Qi2 standard. Our case is designed for high compatibility and won’t interfere with Qi2 wireless charging or its efficiency.

Q. The case isn’t fully wrapped—will the phone slip out over time?

A. No worries. The case has anti-slip strips inside to keep it securely in place.Tip: There's a protective film on the strips—make sure to peel it off before use for the best grip.

A. Currently, we're exclusively offering our signature Black/Grey Twill colorway for the Pixel 10 series. Q. Why don't you offer a case for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold?

A. Due to the unique structural complexity of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, we currently don't have a compatible case model available. We appreciate your interest and will certainly consider developing one if there's sufficient demand from our community.
