I also own car mounts from other brands. In comparison, PITAKA’s car mount offers a better user experience, both in terms of design and functionality. During installation, I accidentally broke the lower part. I contacted customer support, and they kindly sent me a replacement for the damaged component—I really appreciate their assistance. Compared to my previous car mount, this one adds an NFC feature that allows setting up quick shortcuts, which is very convenient. So far, there have been no charging issues, and the magnetic strength is solid. At first, I wasn’t sure how to set up the NFC function, but after consulting customer support, I got it working. I’d be even more satisfied if the price were a bit lower.
