Due to the relatively compact design of the charging module and camera module of the Galaxy Z Fold5
phone itself, if the phone case has a built-in MagSafe magnetic group, there will be camera interference when using
the magnetic suction function, resulting in weakened magnetic force and unstable suction (this conclusion Tested by
PITAKA laboratory).
Therefore, Air Case for Galaxy Z Fold5 does not have a built-in magnetic group.
The warranty period for all PITAKA phone cases is 2 months from the day of delivery.
The warranty is valid only with an order number and matching email address. Our warranty policy will not cover the purchase of any PITAKA product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) under any circumstances.
EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty for cases does not extend to cover damage from abuse, damage on purpose, normal wear and tear, alteration or misuse, etc.
