Warranty Details
Our warranty guarantees that all items will be free from material and engineering defects and work as advertised.
Inclusions
- Material or workmanship defects, such as coating peeling, abnormal surface stickiness.
- Functional issues due to non-human caused damage, such as MagSafe failure, button function failure (e.g., PitaTap becoming unusable), button detachment.
Exclusions
- Human-caused damage (e.g., cracking from dropping, crushing, intentional damage).
- Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., scratches, yellowing, staining, etc.).
To Make A Claim
1. Users must claim the three-year warranty according to the method indicated on the warranty card to enjoy the three-year warranty service.
2. The warranty service requires dual authentication via the customer's registered email and the case's unique serial number. Second-hand or transferred products are not eligible for this service.
3. To obtain service under this warranty, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@ipitaka.com from the email address registered for the three-year warranty. Please provide the following information to determine the issue and find the most suitable solution:
- Proof of Purchase
- Photos/Videos of the faulty product
- Details of the issue with the purchased product
Warranty Notice
During the service period, the customer is entitled to one replacement service with the same product model. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, PITAKA reserves the right to negotiate with the customer for a replacement with an equivalent product or store credit/voucher.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall PITAKA or its authorized suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the Product, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if PITAKA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PITAKA's aggregate liability under this warranty, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
General Terms
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased.
If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This warranty constitutes the complete warranty for the Product and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
