I’ve been using Pitaka cases for about a decade now and can comfortably say they last the test of time. I mean these things are tough, seriously tough. This new Edge iteration is sleek, comfortable and fits perfect. It was designed for a minimalist who wants a case that will make any phone look and feel better than it does out of the box. I can’t speak to the drop protection of the Edge case because I haven’t been using it for long enough. However, Pitaka’s lines of more protective cases have never allowed any phone of mine to get damaged. The only thing I could do without is Pitaka is written out on the side of the case. I prefer when brands stick to a simple logo, however this is just a preference. The writing is very small and blends right into the case so you can hardly see it anyway which is great. Other carbon fiber cases don’t compare, don’t even bother, get what’s tried and tested.
