Names like Ultra-Slim, ProGuard, and UltraGuard helped describe features, but over time, they also caused confusion.
At PITAKA, we’ve always focused on advancing aramid fiber weaving to improve everyday carry.
As our products evolved, we wanted our names to reflect the experience, not just the specs. That’s why we renamed our three series as
Cairn, Edge, and Summa — inspired by a journey of climbing:
* Edge: slim, light, and sharp along the climb (Original name: Ultra-Slim Case)
* Cairn: firm and dependable, like stone markers that guide the way (Original name: ProGuard Case)
* Summa: the peak, where protection and hand-feel come together (Original name: UltraGuard Case)
Q. What does the "CLLN" on the camera frame stand for?
A. CLLN represents our brand philosophy: "Carry Lighter, Live Now." It embodies PITAKA's commitment to minimalist design and effortless living.
Q. Are Galaxy S26 series cases compatible with PITAKA accessories?
A. Galaxy S26 series cases are compatible with PITAKA MagEZ Car Mount Pro and MagEZ Grip.
Note: The cases are not fully compatible with the Aramid Fiber Magnetic Power Bank and Magnetic Woven Wallet due to significant interference with the camera.
Q. How protective is the Edge series case?
The Edge series is designed to be extremely thin and light, providing a bare-metal-like experience. It offers sufficient protection against daily scratches and minor impacts. However, for stronger shocks or drops, the protection level may not match that of the Cairn or Summa series. If protection is your priority, we recommend choosing one of those alternatives.
Q. Are iPhone 17 cases compatible with lens protectors?
Yes, all three iPhone 17 series cases support lens protectors. However, due to the closer-fitting camera ring design of the Cairn model, some lens protectors may have slight fit issues.
Q. Is the iPhone 17 UltraSlim case compatible with a tempered glass screen protector?
A. Yes, the UltraSlim case does not interfere with the use of a tempered glass screen protector. Its edges are designed to sit nearly flush with the screen, providing a comfortable grip while helping preserve the original feel and look of the iPhone as much as possible. Please note that with this design, a tempered glass protector may sit slightly higher than the case edges, but this will not affect normal use.
Q. Do iPhone 17 cases cover the camera control button? Will this affect sensitivity?
A. No, all series undergo rigorous testing to ensure no impact on sensitivity.
If you need to adjust sensitivity, navigate to:
Settings → Camera → Camera Control → Accessibility → Light-Press Force.
Q. How to clean the iPhone 17 cases?
A. Every day marks, like sweat or fingerprints, can be easily cleaned with a wet wipe or alcohol wipe without damaging the case.
Avoid contact with strongly dyed items to prevent stains.
Q. Are the cases compatible with MagSafe and PITAKA accessories?
A. Yes. All iPhone 17 series cases have a built-in magnetic ring, supporting MagSafe and PITAKA accessories, including MagEZ Car Mount Pro, MagEZ Grip, Aramid Magnetic Power Bank, and Magnetic Woven Wallet.
Q. Will using this iPhone 17 case affect wireless charging?
A. No. Our cases are carefully designed and tested to be compatible with mainstream wireless chargers. You can charge your phone without removing the case.
Q. Does the iPhone 17 case show fingerprints?
A. To provide a skin-friendly feel, the case surface is coated. Fingerprints may occasionally appear due to hand sweat or lotion, but they can be easily wiped away with a wet wipe, alcohol pad, or even an eraser. Use with confidence.
Q. How to verify the authenticity of the iPhone 17 cases?
A. Enable NFC on your phone and gently tap the lower part of the case. Enter the serial number on the webpage that pops up to check authenticity. You can also visit our official website to access games, music, wallpapers, and after-sales services.

A. Based on user habits and feedback that many customers applya lens protector while using cases, we have adopted a fully exposed lens design. This allows users to easily use compatible lens protectors and other custom accessories with our cases.

A. Yes, every case in the S26 series comes with three Aaron Buttons.
Q. How long is the service life of the Aaron Buttons on the case?
A. The service life of the Aaron Button depends on the intensity and manner of use. According to our tests, each Aaron Button has a mechanical lifespan of up to 100,000 presses under normal pressing force.
Q. Are the S26 Series Edge Cases compatible withcamera lens protectors?
A. The S26 Series Edge Cases are compatible with individual lens protectors, but not compatible with integrated/one-piece lens protectors.
Q. How much does the camera frame of the S26 Series Edge Cases rise above the phone's camera lenses?
A. For the S26 Ultra Edge Case: The camera frame rises approx. 0.6 mm above the camera lenses.
For the S26 & S26+ Edge Cases: The camera frame rises approx. 1 mm above the camera lenses.
Q. Is the S26 Series Edge Case a full-wrap design?
A. No. The case has open cutouts for the power and volume buttons, as well as the charging port. These buttons remain exposed while the case is on.
Q. How much does the edge of the S26 Series Edge Case rise above the screen after installation?
The four corners of the case rise approximately 0.5-0.6 mm above the screen, while the side edges rise about 0.3-0.4 mm. But the bottom edge of the case is lower than the screen - this is an intentional design to make it easier for users to remove the case.
Q. Can PITAKA's phone case work with Apple’s MagSafe accessories?
A. Yes, PITAKA cases are compatible with Apple Official MagSafe accessories.
Q. Is the case anti-fingerprint?
A. Our Phone case is made with aramid fiber and processed with 3 layers of paint to ensure it's skin-friendly and
non-slip. Whether a fingerprint mark will be left depends on your hand conditions. It is not easy to leave a
fingerprint if the hand is dry. For sweaty hands, fingerprint marks may be left, but it is very easy to clean with
a cloth/Nano cotton/eraser/alcohol pad.
Q. With this case, can I charge my phone on third-party wireless chargers?
A. PITAKA cases are embedded with magnetic rings that do not cover the wireless charging area and highly fit with
the magnetic ring built in the iPhone &Samsung series. Plus, it's super slim. So if your phone can be charged on
third-party wireless chargers, it should work even with the case on.
Q. Why does magnetism seem to be weaker than in previous phone cases? For example, the iPhone 13 series.
A. Too strong a magnetic force may have a negative impact on the charging speed. We have fine-tuned the magnetic
force of the new phone case to ensure that it provides safe magnetic force while ensuring charging efficiency.
