What is Mammoth Resin™?
A:
Mammoth Resin™ is a new resin material independently developed by PITAKA. After 3000+ formula tests, 400+ drop tests, and a 14‑month R&D cycle, it doubles drop protection while keeping the case slim and lightweight.
Do the iPhone Duo cases come with anti-slip adhesive strips?
A:
Yes. Both the front cover and back case come with pre-installed anti-slip adhesive strips. They improve the fit and help prevent slipping, keeping the case more secure and stable.
Does the front cover for iPhone Duo include a screen protector? Can this protector be removed?
A:
The front case comes with a built-in screen protector, so there's no need to apply an additional film, and it isn't compatible with one either. The front case and frame are bonded together with hot melt adhesive. Please note that we do not recommend detaching the glass from the frame, as the product is designed as one integrated structure.
What are the specifications of the tempered glass on the front cover?
A:
This tempered glass screen protector is made of 9H+ tempered glass, providing excellent drop and scratch resistance. It features crystal-clear, anti-reflective performance and an anti-fingerprint function. With a seamless fit, it maintains the same natural touch as the original screen.
Is there a silicone adhesive layer on the inner side of the glass?
A:
No. The tempered glass has finely printed dot matrix on its inner surface for seamless touch.
How do I install and remove the front cover?
A:
Before installing the front cover, please use the included cleaning kit to clean the screen. Peel off the inner film of the front cover, then snap it onto the phone and press it flat and even. The front cover comes with a factory protective film; please remove this outer film before use to achieve a bubble-free fit. When removing, please gently lift the front cover from the edges first.
How to avoid dust and bubbles when installing the front cover?
A:
Clean the screen beforehand with the included cleaning kit (alcohol wipe, dry cloth, and dust absorber). Peel off the inner film of the front cover, snap it onto the phone, and squeeze it flat for a bubble-free result.
How do I install and remove the back cover?
A:
To install the back cover, please first snap the back cover onto the phone and press it into place. After it is in position, peel off the adhesive strip film and press firmly to enhance the fit. When removing, take off the front cover first, then remove the back cover.
Are the camera rings on the Swap™ series attached with glue?
A:
No. The camera rings for the Swap™ series are all designed to be detachable. They use a snap-fit/clip-on design and are not glued.
Are all camera rings made of the same material?
A:
There may be differences in the camera ring materials for different texture series (such as silver aluminum alloy / PEI / PEEK / PPSU, etc.). Please refer to the actual purchased version.
Please note: PEI / PEEK / PPSU materials have noticeable elastic resilience. Slight movement when pressed is a normal characteristic of these materials and does not affect fixation or normal use.
