A. Our iPhone 15 case is made with aramid fiber and processed with 3 layers of paint to ensure it's skin-friendly
and non-slip. Whether a fingerprint mark will be left depends on your hand conditions. It is not easy to leave a
fingerprint if the hand is dry. For sweaty hands, fingerprint marks may be left, but it is very easy to clean with a
cloth/Nano cotton/eraser/alcohol pad.
Q. With this case, can I charge my phone on third-party wireless chargers?
A. PITAKA cases are embedded with magnetic rings that do not cover the wireless charging area and highly
fit with the magnetic ring built in the iPhone &Samsung series. Plus, it's super slim. So if your phone can be charged
on third-party wireless chargers, it should work even with the case on.
Q. Why does magnetism seem to be weaker than in previous phone cases? For example, the iPhone 13 series.
A. Too strong a magnetic force may have a negative impact on the charging speed. We have fine-tuned the magnetic
force of the new phone case to ensure that it provides safe magnetic force while ensuring charging efficiency.
Q. Is this case compatible with Apple’s MagSafe system?
A. The case comes with built-in MagSafe magnets, which can work with the MagEZ Car Mount Pro 2 Qi2. However, due to
different protocols, it may not attach properly to Apple MagSafe accessories.
Q. What's the Difference Between Galaxy Z Fold6/Z Flip6 Cases and Their Previous Generations?
A. Galaxy Z Fold5 cases are Air Cases that are not MagSafe compatible. In contrast, Z Fold6 cases are made with
Amber Magnet Film technology to enable MagSafe compatibility and introduce stylish designs like Sunset & Moonrise,
beyond the classic black. While both Z Flip5 and Flip6 cases support MagSafe, the latter come in new technology and
designs as the Fold6 cases.

charging. However, if your Galaxy S24 Ultra case is attached with magnetic accessories like phone rings or card
sleeves, they might interfere with the signal of your S Pen. We recommend removing these magnetic accessories before
using the S Pen to ensure its smooth operation.

Note: The Fold7 camera placement interferes with PITAKA’s latest power bank and magnetic woven wallet—they can’t magnetically attach, but the power bank can still charge the device.
Q. Can I use this case with a screen protector? Will it affect folding or touch sensitivity?
A. Yes. Our Galaxy Z Flip7 & Fold7 cases feature a semi-wrapped design with precisely tested edges, making them compatible with most screen protectors. They won’t lift the film, impact touch response, or interfere with the fold.
Q. How high is the camera lip? Does it protect the lens?
A. For the Fold7, the camera ring is raised by 0.38mm to help protect against everyday scratches.
The Flip7 case does not have a raised lip around the camera.
Q. Will the magnets in the case affect the S Pen?
A. The built-in MagSafe magnets won’t interfere with the S Pen, screen scrolling, GPS, or charging.
However, using magnetic accessories like a MagSafe wallet or ring holder on the back may disrupt S Pen performance. For the best experience, avoid attaching magnetic accessories while using the S Pen.
Q. Why does the Galaxy Z Fold7 case only cover the back?
A. To keep it slim and easy to use. A front cover adds bulk and affects the smooth feel when using the outer screen. That’s why we designed this case with just a back cover—for a lighter, cleaner in-hand experience.
