Q1. Why couldn't I find the MagEZ Case and MagEZ Case Pro on your site now?

A1. We've updated the names of our cases to highlight their key features. The MagEZ Case is now split into two series:
Ultra-Slim Cases for classic minimalist design;
Tactile Woven Cases for unique textures and refined aesthetics. The MagEZ Case Pro is now known as our Military-Grade Protective case, emphasizing its superior impact protection. The name change is meant to make it easier for more customers to choose the right cases, based on their needs. But no worries, it has no impact on the quality and functionality of each case.

Q2. Can PITAKA's iPhone 15 case work with Apple’s MagSafe accessories?

A2. Yes, PITAKA cases are compatible with Apple Official MagSafe accessories.

Q3. Is the case anti-fingerprint?

A3. Our iPhone 15 case is made with aramid fiber and processed with 3 layers of paint to ensure it's skin-friendly and non-slip. Whether a fingerprint mark will be left depends on your hand conditions. It is not easy to leave a fingerprint if the hand is dry. For sweaty hands, fingerprint marks may be left, but it is very easy to clean with a cloth/Nano cotton/eraser/alcohol pad.

Q4. With this case, can I charge my iPhone 15 on third-party wireless chargers?

A4. PITAKA cases are embedded with magnetic rings that do not cover the wireless charging area and highly fit with the magnetic ring built in the iPhone 15 series. Plus, it's super slim. So if your iPhone 15 can be charged on third-party wireless chargers, it should work even with the case on.

Q5. Why does magnetism seem to be weaker than in previous phone cases? For example, the iPhone 13 series.

A5. Too strong a magnetic force may have a negative impact on the charging speed. We have fine-tuned the magnetic force of the new phone case to ensure that it provides safe magnetic force while ensuring charging efficiency.

Q2. Is this case compatible with Apple’s MagSafe system?

A2. The case comes with built-in MagSafe magnets, which can work with the MagEZ Car Mount Pro 2 Qi2. However, due to different protocols, it may not attach properly to Apple MagSafe accessories.

Q3. What's the Difference Between Galaxy Z Fold6/Z Flip6 Cases and Their Previous Generations?

A3. Galaxy Z Fold5 cases are Air Cases that are not MagSafe compatible. In contrast, Z Fold6 cases are made with Amber Magnet Film technology to enable MagSafe compatibility and introduce stylish designs like Sunset & Moonrise, beyond the classic black. While both Z Flip5 and Flip6 cases support MagSafe, the latter come in new technology and designs as the Fold6 cases.

Q4. Why Does the Galaxy Z Fold6 Case Only Include a Back Cover?

A4. Based on our users' feedback, cases with a front cover add weight to the phone and hinder screen usability. Excluding the front cover, the case makes your Z Fold6 sleeker, lighter, and easier to use.

Q5. Can I attach the Galaxy S24 Ultra case to PITAKA MagEZ wireless chargers?

A6. Our Galaxy S24 Ultra case does not cover the phone's sides; part of the metal casing is exposed. So you can effortlessly swipe up to the curved edges and have 100% access to buttons.

A7. There are MagSafe-compatible magnets inside the S24 Ultra case, which can work with Qi-enabled wireless chargers, including Samsung wireless chargers, such as EP-P6300, EP-H5300, EP-P2400, EP-NG930, EP-P5400, EP-P1300, EP-N5200, EP-P5200, EP-P1100, EP-N6100, EP-N5100, EP-PG950, etc.

Q8. Will the magnets in the MagEZ Case 4 affect the S Pen stylus sensor?

A8. MagSafe-compatible magnets in our MagEZ Case 4 do not affect the use of the S Pen, screen scrolling, GPS, or charging. However, if your Galaxy S24 Ultra case is attached with magnetic accessories like phone rings or card sleeves, they might interfere with the signal of your S Pen. We recommend removing these magnetic accessories before using the S Pen to ensure its smooth operation.
