Since I love my iPhone Air so much because of its thinness I really needed a case that would not counteract that. Then, I found Pitaka! This beauty maintains the phone’s beauty as I hoped and the fact that they are so aesthetically pleasing to the eye was a bonus. I always browse to check if they have a new design to purchase. I’ve bought 6 so far! I love to switch my cases for variety, lol. Keep up the good work Pitaka!
I really love the case! It is very thin, but has a slight woven texture that gives it a bit of grip, while still sliding in and out of pockets easily. The narrow open bottom above the charging port is perfect for making it easy to access the swipe bar at the bottom of the screen without the case getting in the way as I’ve experienced with more chillingly cases.
I have unfortunately drop-tested it a couple of times and the protection is far better than I would have hoped. One drop onto some dumbbells and a second onto concrete. In both cases I was shocked that the case was unmarked and the phone was fine.
It’s very beautiful. The colors are vibrant and the pattern exquisite.
I can’t wait to get another, or a couple for my 18 when it comes out. Unfortunately, the shipping is incredibly slow. If I recall, it took a couple of weeks to arrive. It is worth the wait, but an area for improvement.
