Question 1

What happened to the Ultra-Slim, ProGuard, and UltraGuard Cases?

Accepted Answer

We've updated our case series names. Edge (formerly Ultra-Slim), Cairn (formerly ProGuard), and Summa (formerly UltraGuard) now reflect the experience, not just the specs. Edge: slim, light, and sharp along the climb. Cairn: firm and dependable, like stone markers that guide the way. Summa: the peak, where protection and hand-feel come together.

Is it compatible with PITAKA's latest Aramid Fiber Magnetic Power Bank/Woven Wallet?

Accepted Answer

It can be charged, but the magnetic attraction may be affected due to the interference of the camera.

Question 3

What accessories is this case compatible with? Can it work with Apple charging accessories?

Accepted Answer

Our Galaxy Z Flip7 & Fold7 cases feature a built-in magnetic ring that works with PITAKA's MagEZ 2.0 ecosystem and most MagSafe-style magnetic accessories. However, Samsung phones do not support Apple's MFi-certified charging due to Apple's proprietary protocol. Note: The Fold7 camera placement interferes with PITAKA's latest power bank and magnetic woven wallet—they can't magnetically attach, but the power bank can still charge the device.

Question 4

Can I use this case with a screen protector? Will it affect folding or touch sensitivity?

Question 6

Will the magnets in the case affect the S Pen?

Accepted Answer

The built-in MagSafe magnets won't interfere with the S Pen, screen scrolling, GPS, or charging. However, using magnetic accessories like a MagSafe wallet or ring holder on the back may disrupt S Pen performance. For the best experience, avoid attaching magnetic accessories while using the S Pen.

Question 7

Why does the Galaxy Z Fold7 case only cover the back?

To keep it slim and easy to use. A front cover adds bulk and affects the smooth feel when using the outer screen. That's why we designed this case with just a back cover—for a lighter, cleaner in-hand experience.
