Each of the products is individually priced, so in order to make a purchase please follow these instructions:
- Check the price of the product you want to buy.
- Add that number of $1 to the price. So, if the product is $19, you need to add $1x19.
- Add a note with the product name.(Or the price difference that you need to pay, Such as a $15 shipping)
- Add to your cart.
Please note: make sure you add the correct amount of $1 before checking out, as this may lead to a delay in your order.
Ships out from PITAKA warehouses in the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Japan, Australia, HongKong and mainland China depending on the inventory status.
- For Expedite Shipping: Delivery may take 2-7 working days depending on your location.
- For Standard Shipping: Delivery may take 7-10 working days depending on your location.
- All orders $30 and over will be shipped by Standard Shipping, or you can pay another $10 shipping to ask for an expedite delivery service.

The Product you paid for
All PITAKA phone cases are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any PITAKA product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) will be covered by our warranty policy.
