The PITAKA phone cases are warranted for 2 months from the date of purchase.
The PITAKA MagEZ Mount Qi and car charger both are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase.
The warranty is warranted to be free defects in materials and function under normal use. A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error, including malfunction of the wireless charging.
Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any PITAKA product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) will be covered by our warranty policy.
