I love the presentation and I love the quality of the glass and the the features. I can tell the product is of a high quality. But, one major problem I ordered the tempered glass for the iPhone 12 proMax, they sent the wrong one. They sent for the XsMax. If Pitaka can send me the right I can give a 5 star review.
I purchased Pitaka’s Tempered Glass Screen Protector as the other half of a heavy duty cocoon for a new iPhone XR. I do not power up or switch on a new phone until it has Pitaka’s case and screen protection. I especially appreciate the alignment frame. I could not have installed the screen protector so precisely without it.

Great screen protector, easy to install, but I didn’t pay enough attention to the alignment of the screen as I installed it. It’s ever so slightly out of alignment with the actual phone screen. I’ve gotten used to it, but at first I found it incredibly distracting, knowing I hadn’t gotten it perfect. So I wish the installation plastic piece had been a slightly more accurate fit. Otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about this screen protector, it does the job.
